Are there any new portable video game consoles coming out soon?

I am wondering if I should buy the sony psp or wait until something new comes out. Is there any portable video gaming systems coming out within the next two years?

Like everyone else said the new DSi will be coming out. It will have a camera with as good resolution as a phone and it will be able to go online and will be as fast as a wii and some websites don’t work on it. It doesn’t have a gba slot and the screen is wider but has the same resolution. If you need any more information go to ign.com and check the video on the dsi it should tell you everything you need to know. If you ask me if you already have a DS Lite then you should be fine. If not then get the DSi. It wouldn’t come out in english till 2009 and dont get it in Japanesese. The menu will awlys be in japaneese. Just my opinion.
The Nintendo DS is being upgraded soon (will be called the DSi), but that won’t happen until "well into 2009" according to Nintendo.
Well they are going to make a new ds lite with better sound and bigger screen its called the dsi
The nintendo DSi is coming out mid 2009 I think. It’s a DS, but with no GBA slot and a camera
I wouldn’t buy a DSi though, i’d stick with the regular DS
A new PSP is coming out near christmas time, the PSP 3000, with a bigger hard drive
Other than that, I don’t know of any new portable game systems coming out soon.
Besides the DSi, nothing else is coming out except for the hopefully coming out Portable X-Box.
