Is there a legal way to get the playstation and playstation 2 games like Crash Bandicoot Warped, Sonic Riders, and Spyro: Year of The Dragon on the wii?

The simple answer is NO.
For PS1 games
You can hack your Wii, install a PS1 emulator (wiisx) than rip your PS1 games, than than convert them to a compatible format, than use the emulator to play them.
You’d have to go to best buy and see if they can order it for you, or just jailbreak your wii
