Can you have 2 different gamefly accounts under the same address?

I have gamefly account already and my housemate is planning to open a new account for himself. Can he do that since my name and address are already registered on Gamefly?
How about Gamerang?
Yes, you can have 2 accounts. Since his will be paid for separately they don’t care if it’s the same address. That’s for Gamefly. I’m not sure what Gamerang is.
