Can you play Gameboy advance games on the DS lite?

I was wondering because i am getting a DS lite and wanted to know can gameboy advance games be played on it. If not are other gameboy games playable on the DS Lite?

yes. However, GBA games will stick out 1 cm from the slot on Lite. also, game boy color and regular game boy games cannot be played on either DS.

You will be able to play GBA games but nothing older than that. Also, with the lite, GBA games stick out a little. My friend, who has the lite (I have the original) says, "That is probably the only thing I don’t like about the lite."
