I am wanting to become a member of Gamefly or Gamerang. But under terms of use it says you have to be 18. Im 17 and have my own checking account and debit card. I know that if I ask my parent if I can become a member to this site, she is going to make me pay for it. So do you know if I can just become a member by myself, or will it make me add my mom or dads credit card to the account also, if its going to make me do that, then i wont be able to get the service.

If anybody knows, an answer would be greatly appreciated,

If i lied and just set it up myself, would could happen? and are the chances of the finding out high? If i use my debit card, wouldn’t they be able to see that I am not 18 through that?

I just started gamefly and its been 7 days and still not even one game has arrived. Im in St. Louis and its supposed to come from texas. 2 states = a week? im prob gonna cancel, but who to change to? please dont go by what the websits says with 2-4 days.thats obviously some bull. Anybody have good experiences with either?

Gamerang has a shipping center in oklahoma and gamefly’s closest is in austin tx. Would gamerang be the better value to me?
Gamerang is 65 miles from me and gamefly is 400 miles from me.
I dont care about getting the newest game I just want to get alot of achievements in newer games.

Oh no! I’m planning on buying my friend My Sims for the Wii for her birthday. BUT, it was almost on Amazon. I found it on Gamerang for almost , but it says "Pre-played."
Does that mean that it’s being sold before it’s being played OR that it’s been played before??

Having played next to no video games in my life, I really want to be sure that I’m ordering my friend the correct game.
The price for this particular product (on Gamerang) is fantastic, but it being played before doesn’t sound all that inviting.

what website is the best for renting xbox 360 games online i live in minnesota so should i use gamefly or gamerang.

i live in san francisco. ive tried gamefly a few yrs ago. canceled it after a couple of months. the turnaround time for games to come took too long. also tried gamerang and also they took long. i was wondering is there another site to get games? if not has either one of these companies improved their service?
also if anyone knows a site that does both games and movies…please let me know, i use blockbuster.com right now

I have tried Gamefly, and my only issue with them was that they "lost" too many games. Gamerang was another site I tried, but they were not very good.

I had kinda picked either gamefly, gamerznflix, and gamerang…but other ones would work too.

I went to Gamerang.com to open an account, but the browser is warning me of unsafe and possibly fraudulent activity.

I’m thinking of trying Gamerang because the turn-around time at GameFly from St Louis is too long (the scan feature is rarely used here) and while the selection at Gottaplay is acceptable, the number of games in stock is not.
