How can I transfer downloaded PSP games from another PSP?

My boyfriend purchased 3 games on the psp and I’d like to be able to get them onto my psp to play them. Is there a way that he can copy the games over to my psp so that I can play them?
PSN purchases are linked to one account only.
It wouldn’t make sense for someone to buy a game then just copy it for free to as many other PSP’s as they want.
You can copy them to your psp memory card using your PC or you can download loads of PSP games for free from this site:
