How do I get games for my R4 DS?

I have a R4 DS and I would like to put some DS games on it. However, everywhere I look doesn’t work anymore. This search has been very frustrating for me and any help would be much appreciated.
Also, on a side note, I do happen to have one game already for it, and it has cheat codes enabled, but they are all in Japanese. Is there any way I could get that translated?
I’m going to assume you mean homebrew or free games that are released absolutely free for your to download and play – legally. They have a lot of them at http://www.modchipstore.com and also, http://www.ndshb.com
There are some amazing games (that are as good as – or better than – commercial games) and they are free to download, play and share.
Nintendo has been shutting down all those sites giving away games for the R4.
This is because they are illegal to have and hurts their sale figures and profits.
Remove the device from your system, crush it underfoot, and go to the store and just BUY the damn games!!!
