Gamefly ships games via USPS first class mail. The USPS estimates first class mail to take between 2-4 business days. According to gamefly your nearest shipping center would be Los Angeles, CA. That would be where your games are shipped to/from. So you can base your estimate on that.
I have used gamefly in the past and found it rarely ever took longer than 3 days to get a game (EX: Mail old game back Monday, wait Tuesday, get new game Wednesday). That said they have plans allowing you to have at least 2 games out at a time so you could still be playing one game while the other ships.
If you are still uncertain they do offer a free trial during which you could decide whether or not their service and shipping times suit you. Honestly the only reason i stopped was that i went off to college.
