I go to the basement in Phenac City and talk to the lady, where I then talk to a trade counter lady at a Poke center in the GBA game, but I can never get a trade initiated.

I just got a Nintendo Wii and I only have the sports game it came with. I dont have enough money to buy alot of games. I am on a plan at hollywood video, so i rent games all the time, but they dont have Wii games. I have all my gamecube games and play those, but i want to play the Wii games.
