What are some good Playstation 3 games?

I am new to the whole playstation gaming world and I will be buying a ps3 slim 120 GB this saturday. What games world you recomend. I am most likely going to get metal gera solid 4 and little big planet and lost planet 2 when it comes out. thanks for your help.
I think God of War 3 and Uncharted 1 & 2 are must get.

Fallout 3
Killzone 2
Resistance 1 & 2
Ratchet & Clank Future series
For me, good games would be the ones full of great graphics and actions, such as Uncharted 2 (a must have for Playstation 3) and Resident Evil 5 (more for horror) If you are looking for more surrealistic and fun games, LittleBigPlanet is the one
Uncharted 1 & 2 are 100% you need to get them. Best series I have EVER player.
MGS4 is good
Killzone is ok
Demons Souls is fun with SOOO many hours of gameplay
well first tell us what kind of gamer you are and what kind of genre you like. but some must grabs are god of war 3 and final fantasy 13 in my opinion. alot of people say metal gear solid is good but i’m personaly not the biggest fan. heavy rain is something you should look at but its not the kind of game you are used to. umm oh battle field bad company 2 is a must get!! the game is amazing online but the story leaves something to be desired
